The Cercle National des Armées is an administrative organization with social and cultural vocation endowed with statutory corporation. Its answers to a double vocation:
  for officers of active, retired or honorary officers, it is a place for meeting and exchange which is involved in perpetuating traditions, and officer profession greatness and prestige;
for the Ministry of Defense high-ranking authorities, it is a place for receiving their civil and military, French and foreign hosts.
